Laxmi Nagar is a busy part of Delhi, and Garhwali Mohalla is right in the middle of it. Our space at I 2C is where we spend most of our waking hours. Priya Creation Pvt Ltd is a small team, and we all share a pretty compact office. There are always boxes stacked up and samples of things we have made lying around on every surface. It isn't the most organized place, but we know where everything is when we need it. Most of the day is spent on the computers or on the phone, trying to get things lined up. The streets outside are narrow and full of life, so there is always a lot of noise coming through the door. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; you just walk in and you are in the middle of our workshop. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, and the mohalla feels different at night when it finally starts to quiet down. We have a small area where we keep some snacks and a stove for making tea, which is pretty much essential for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen many other shops come and go. It’s a grounded place to work, and we don't feel the need for anything more corporate. We just focus on the creations we are making and keep moving forward.
