Our clinic is on the Main Road in Chilla Goan, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We are situated right near Queen Mary School, so it’s a very easy place to find for most people in the area. We’ve been focusing on herbal beauty treatments for a long time. It’s a small, local business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don't go for the big, flashy salon look. It’s more of a comfortable, homey space where women can come to get their hair or skin looked after. We use herbal things because that’s what we’ve always known and what our families used. The main road can be quite noisy with all the school traffic and cars, but inside it’s much more relaxed. We have a regular group of ladies who come in every month. They’ve become more like friends than just customers over the years. We talk about the neighborhood and what’s happening while we work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. It’s a bit of an older building, but we keep it tidy and welcoming. If you’re walking past the school, you’ll see our sign. We are just here to help the women in Chilla Goan feel a bit better about themselves without any fuss or expensive prices.
