Presha Foods

If you walk down Pandav Nagar Acharya Niketan Marg to P-15 A, you’ll find us. Presha Foods is mostly just a place where we get work done. There isn't any fancy lobby or plush chairs here. We have a lot of bags and boxes piled up because we’re always sorting through inventory. Most of the day is spent checking the quality of what comes in and making sure everything is packed up correctly. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but it’s what we do. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the market, so there’s a lot of honking and shouting that filters in through the windows. We have a small desk where we keep track of everything, but it’s usually covered in papers and pens. We don't use any high-tech systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and lists. Sometimes we get the orders mixed up if we’re rushing, so we have to slow down and double-check. The walls are a plain white and the lighting is just those long tube lights. It’s a basic workspace for a basic food business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks, we just want to get the orders out the door and keep the shop running smoothly every week. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit until it comes back, but that’s just life in Pandav Nagar.
