Present Assests

If you are ever in Savita Vihar, you can find us at number 150. We are quite close to the main parts of New Delhi, but this particular area has its own feel to it. Our business, Present Assests, is based here in Delhi 110092. It is a pretty straightforward operation. We manage assets and look after various properties and investments for folks who trust us with their things. The office is fairly quiet most of the time, which is how we like it because the work requires a bit of concentration. We have some old wooden furniture that has been around since we started, and it gives the place a bit of a homey feel. We don't really go for the modern, minimalistic look you see in the magazines. There are stacks of paper on most desks because we still like to have hard copies of things. Outside, the neighborhood is mostly residential, so you see kids playing or people walking their dogs during the day. It is a nice break from the hectic pace of the city center. We don't have a big sales pitch to give anyone. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth from people who have been with us for years. We just keep track of the numbers and make sure everything is in order. It is a quiet life here in Savita Vihar, and we just focus on doing our jobs properly every day for our local clients.
