Placement Plus

Placement Plus is located over at Flat No.57-C in the area where Delhi meets Haryana. Being right on that border means we see all sorts of people coming through the door looking for a new start. The office itself is just a regular flat, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge corporate buildings you see in the city centers. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through piles of resumes that people send in. It can be a bit overwhelming when the job market is slow, but we keep at it. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we usually go when things get too hectic inside. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to match people with companies that actually need them. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes it takes a lot longer than anyone wants. That’s just how the recruitment business goes, I guess. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us well. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We don't promise anyone the world, we just try to find a decent fit for the skills people have. The files are organized, mostly, and the internet works most of the time, so we can’t complain too much. Working here is just about helping folks find their next paycheck.
