Perfect Infotech

Perfect Infotech is tucked away in Acharya Niketan, over in Mayur Vihar Extension Phase 1. Our address is 64-A-2. It is a lively neighborhood with lots of shops around us. We have been here for a good while. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are shelves filled with parts and some old boxes stacked near the back wall. We mostly deal with computer repairs and helping people with their tech problems. It is a hands-on kind of job. We get a lot of students and families from the nearby apartments. They bring in laptops that have seen better days or ask for help with their internet connections. We do not have a receptionist or any of that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Usually, that is me or one of the guys. We try to keep things simple. If a repair is going to take a few days, we tell you straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to be the local place people trust. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, so we just sit and wait it out. It gives us a chance to have some tea and talk. It is an honest living and we enjoy being part of the local community. People know us by name, and we like it that way.
