Pathfinder Consultancy Services is based at D-108 in South Ganesh Nagar. We are right near the Mother Dairy flats, which is how most people find their way to us. If you get lost, just look for the big dairy sign and you are basically there. Our office is on a street that stays pretty active from morning until night. We have been here for a good while, helping people sort out their career stuff and paperwork. The office itself is quite small and filled with cabinets that are probably too full of old documents. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and I often find myself watching the rickshaws go by when I am taking a break. It is just a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up reports. We do not use any fancy management systems; we mostly rely on our notebooks and a few shared files. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with a form. That is just how it is in South Ganesh Nagar. We like being part of the local scene here. It is a bit disorganized at times, especially on Mondays when everyone seems to call at once, but we always manage to get through the pile of work eventually.
