Pankajtiwari

Our place is tucked away in the Pharma Apartments, right by the main market in Madhu Vihar. It’s B-4/47. If you’ve ever been to IP Extension, you know it gets pretty crowded around the market area, especially in the evenings. I’m Pankaj Tiwari. I’ve been working out of this apartment for quite a while now. It’s a mix of living and working space, really. We use the main room for all the business stuff. It’s convenient being so close to the market because everything we need is just a short walk away. The noise from the street filters up sometimes, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We aren't some big firm with secretaries and marble floors. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, handling orders and talking to people on the phone. The apartment is a bit cluttered with files and boxes, but I know where everything is. Most of our neighbors are nice people who have lived here as long as I have. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Usually, people hear about us from someone else in the building or nearby. It’s a very local way of doing things. We keep it simple and try to be helpful when people ask. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We have been here for a long time and don't plan on moving.
