Our office is in Pandav Nagar. It is a quiet part of the city, mostly houses and small shops. Bridge Logic Software Pvt. Ltd. is located in a simple building that doesn't stand out much. Inside, we have our computers and some desks. It is usually pretty quiet because everyone is busy typing or thinking about code. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big corporate entrance. You just walk in and see us working. Pandav Nagar is a nice place to be because you can walk to get a snack or some tea without too much trouble. We don’t have a lot of meetings; we mostly just talk across the room if we have a question. The furniture is practical and we have a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Our team isn’t very large, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There is no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We don’t spend much time on the phone; most of our work happens through email or on the screen. It is a steady way of working. We show up in the morning, do our coding, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a normal office in a normal neighborhood, and that suits us just fine. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s not much, but it makes the long afternoons a bit easier when we’re working on a hard piece of code.
