Our small company, Ovaasoft Technology Pvt Ltd, is based over at C 54 in Pandav Nagar, Delhi. Pandav Nagar is a crowded, lively neighborhood, and our office fits right into the mix. It’s not a high-tech building with glass windows; it’s more of a converted space that we’ve made our own. Inside, you’ll find a lot of computers and some very tired-looking chairs. We do a lot of tech work, mostly coding and fixing things on the internet for various clients. Because we’re in a residential area, you can often hear the sounds of the street, like vendors selling vegetables or kids playing nearby. It makes the office feel a lot less like a cold corporate environment and more like a part of the community. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular stove where we boil water for tea. Sometimes the power flickers when it rains, but we just wait for the backup to kick in and keep going. The team here is small, so everyone knows everyone else's business. We don't really have titles or big departments. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. We’ve been in Pandav Nagar for a while, and we like that we can just walk out the door and find good street food within a few minutes. It’s a simple way to run a tech business, without all the extra stuff you don’t really need.
