We are located at 245, Akashdarshan Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It’s an interesting spot because the office is actually inside an apartment complex. You have to go through the main gate and past the security guard to find us. It’s much quieter than being right on the main road, which helps us focus on all the work we have to do. The office has a bit of a homey feel to it since it’s in a residential building. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and a balcony where we can stand for a few minutes to get some fresh air and look at the trees. The rooms are filled with desks and tall stacks of folders and papers. Because we handle things like auditing, there is always a lot of paperwork to go through. It’s not a flashy environment. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a group of us working away on our computers at Outsource Partners International. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't use big corporate words or have long meetings. We just sit down, do the numbers, and try to finish our tasks before the day ends. It’s a steady, quiet kind of workplace where we just focus on the job at hand in our corner of New Delhi.
