It’s a residential-style setup which makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed. Orogen Tech India Private Limited has been here for a while now. The college nearby means there are always students walking around and plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. Our office is basically a modified living space. We’ve got computers set up where a dining table might usually go. It’s a bit informal, but we like it that way. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup that kicks in with a loud hum. Everyone here knows each other’s habits. Someone always brings in biscuits to share in the afternoon. We have a balcony where we go to take a break and look at the traffic. It’s not a high-pressure environment in terms of looks. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. The rooms are filled with the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. It’s a practical workspace for a local team. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for our monitors and a bit of elbow room. It’s a good spot. People often walk right past the building because it looks like any other home.
