Optiace It Solutions Private Limited

We started this place in Jhilmil Colony because we live close by and wanted to work near home. Optiace It Solutions Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of floors. We are over at Laxmi Narayan B/35, on the first floor. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs but it’s okay. The neighborhood is mostly families and some small shops. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the local market is busy, but we just close the door. Inside, we have a few desks and a bunch of computers. We do IT stuff for people who need things fixed or built. It’s not always pretty. There are wires everywhere and we usually have half-empty tea cups on the tables. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting closest to the door. We spend most of our day looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about cricket or the weather. Other days we are here late into the evening. It’s a regular job for us and we just try to do right by the people who come to us. Being in East Delhi is good because it’s easy to get to most places from here. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the computers running and the software working for whoever needs it in the colony.
