Operant Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of Plot No.370. We are right in the Patparganj Industrial Area, which is a busy place with a lot of different businesses. Being on the second floor means we get a bit away from the noise of the street, though the sounds of the factories nearby still drift in. Our office isn't very fancy. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a few whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. We spend our days working on software and tech stuff. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, with the occasional break to walk down and get some air. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually just stay up here once we arrive in the morning. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It’s more of a casual place where we wear what’s comfortable and focus on the code or the hardware we are dealing with. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, and someone has to run out. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been here in Patparganj for a good while and have seen the area change quite a bit. There’s a lot of hard work happening in this building, and we are just one of the teams trying to keep things moving forward. It’s just a regular office filled with people who like tech.
