Onecoffee & Roastery Private Limited

Onecoffee & Roastery Private Limited is our little spot in Priya Enclave. We are on the upper ground floor at number 10. It’s a place where we focus on coffee, obviously. The smell of roasting beans is pretty much there all day long. We aren't some giant chain with thousands of shops. It is just us in this space in East Delhi, trying to get the roasting right. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different beans and timing. It’s more of a workshop feel than a corporate office. We have a few machines and some bags of coffee lying around. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to see what that smell is. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. We just think if the coffee is good, people will eventually find out about it. The upper ground floor is nice because we can see the street but we are a little bit away from the dust. We handle everything from here, from the roasting to the packing and the shipping. It gets busy, especially when a new batch comes in. We don't really have a big staff, just a few people who actually care about what they are doing. We just try to keep things honest and work hard every day. It's a simple life, mostly revolving around the machines and the beans we get. We just like what we do.
