Okaya Infocom

We’ve been running Okaya Infocom here in Shakarpur for a while now. If you know the area, we are at Wb 21A Street No 2, which is easy enough to find if you’re walking through the main lanes. Mostly we handle technical things and help people out with their systems. It started as a small setup and honestly, it still feels that way most days. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just a few of us working on computers and trying to get through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud and it makes working a bit distracting, but that’s just how Delhi is. We try to keep things simple here. People come in with questions or things they need fixed, and we do what we can. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we opened. The street is always busy. There isn't much to say other than we show up every morning and stay until the work is done. It isn't always glamorous or exciting, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with local folks and small businesses around Shakarpur. It's a decent place to be based. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the job right so people come back when they need us again. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we operate here in the city.
