You can find us at 9/504 in the Eastend Appartment complex, which is over in Mayur Vihar Phase I Extn. Being in an apartment building makes the whole vibe a bit different than a standard office block. Novatech Software Pvt Lyd is basically just a group of us working away in this space in Delhi. It feels a lot more like a home than a company sometimes, which has its ups and downs. The walk from the main gate to the apartment takes a couple of minutes, and there are always kids playing or people walking their dogs in the common areas. We’ve set up our workstations in a way that fits the rooms, so it’s a bit cozy. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have our monitors, some cables everywhere, and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. Mayur Vihar is a decent place to be based, even if the traffic on the main road can be a total nightmare during peak hours. We usually just stick to our routine and try to finish our tasks before it gets too late. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside the flat. We aren't trying to be some huge, polished firm. We just do our work and go home when the day is done.
