Next Step Solutions

Our little spot is located at 12Th 1983 Indian J-17 in Laxmi Nagar. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how crowded it gets during the rush hour. We’ve been working out of this space for some time, handling whatever solutions people need. It’s a small team here. We mostly spend our time on computers or talking to people who walk in. The building is older, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get things sorted out by the end of the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Laxmi Nagar. We handle a mix of things, mostly technical or service-related stuff that keeps the day interesting. There’s always someone coming in asking for help with one thing or another. We keep a stack of notebooks on the main table to keep track of everything. It isn't a high-tech setup with glass walls, just a regular office where we get things done. We usually grab lunch from the local shops downstairs. It’s a lot of work, but we like being right here in the middle of everything. It feels real. We are just local people doing our best at Next Step Solutions.
