We are tucked away in New Ashok Nagar, right on the border where Delhi meets Haryana. It is a very busy part of the city to be in. Our place is not hard to find if you know the area, but the lanes can be a bit narrow for cars. We do various technical and administrative work here, mostly helping people with their daily problems. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We have a few computers and a lot of cables running everywhere across the floor. It is not the neatest place you will ever see, but we know exactly where everything is kept. New Ashok Nagar is always humming with energy. There is always someone shouting or a scooter honking its horn outside the window. It can be a bit distracting when you are trying to focus, but it is just part of the charm of working in this neighborhood. We do not have any official uniforms or strict rules about how we have to sit. We just focus on solving the issues that come our way. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly and we have to wait a bit, but that is just life in this part of town. We have been here for a couple of years now. Most of us take the metro to work since the station is very close by. We are not trying to change the world. We just want to provide decent help.
