Newgen Software Technologies

We are located in the 110091 area of Delhi. Newgen Software Technologies has been operating from here, and it's a pretty standard setup. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just where we keep the servers and the workstations. Delhi is always hot or cold, never really in between, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the thermostat. The team here is mostly focused on the technical side of things. We aren't sales people. We spend our hours looking at lines of code and trying to figure out why a certain feature isn't loading properly. It’s honest work, even if it’s just digital. The desks are usually cluttered with coffee mugs and notebooks. We don't have a professional decorator or anything like that. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes we order food in when we have to finish a big project. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We see the same people every day. It’s a routine that works for us. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have lists of things that need to be fixed. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't notice the noise from the street anymore. It’s just our office and we like it that way.
