You can find us at 1345 Mustafabad, specifically on Street 15 in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a good long time now. New Bharat Property Dealer isn't a fancy name you’d see on a billboard. It’s just what we do. The office is a small room with some old wooden furniture and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our hours talking to folks who are looking for a place to live or maybe a small shop to rent. Rajiv Gandhi Nagar is full of narrow streets and houses packed together, so we spend a lot of time out on our bikes, checking things out. We don’t have a website with professional photos or anything like that. Most of our information is kept in big ledgers or just in our heads. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for the people around here. The neighbors often drop by just to say hello or share some news about the street. We don't use sales tactics; we just tell people the price and show them the walls. Sometimes the heat in the office is a bit much, so we sit outside on the bench. It’s a humble way to earn a living, but we know everyone in Mustafabad. We just take each day as it comes and try to be useful to the people who live here. It’s not much, but it’s our life.
