Netcom Iits

We've been at shop number 14 in the Veer Savarkar Block for a while now. Most folks in Shakarpur know this spot because it's right in the middle of everything. It isn't a huge place, just a regular shop where we handle tech work. Netcom Iits started because we liked working with computers and realized people around here needed a place to get things fixed without a lot of fuss. Some days the shop is quiet, but usually, there’s someone coming in with a laptop that won’t start or a printer that’s acting up. We just sit here and get through the pile of work. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors. The neighborhood is very noisy, especially around the market, but we’ve grown used to it. Sometimes the tea guy comes around in the afternoon, and we take a quick break. We don't have any fancy leather chairs or a big lobby. It's just desks, some tools, and parts scattered around the place. If you walk past the block, you'll see our sign hanging out front. We try to keep things simple. People come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see if we can get it sorted for them. There isn’t much more to it than that. Most of the time it’s just about figuring out where a cable went wrong or why a software is being stubborn. We stay open late sometimes when there’s a lot of work to finish up. It’s a job, and we enjoy being part of the local scene here.
