Neo Digitals

Shakarpur is a crowded area, and U 87 is right in the thick of it. We are up on the third floor. Neo Digitals is basically just a few of us surrounded by screens and hard drives. The stairs are narrow, so we don't like carrying heavy stuff up. The neighborhood is loud with people shouting and bikes honking, but once you close the door, it’s okay. We do digital work, so we spend a lot of time sitting down. Our chairs are a bit squeaky and we really need to oil them. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know we are here. The kitchen area is just a small kettle and some biscuits. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for files to upload. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s just a room where we get things done. We’ve got some plants on the windowsill, but they aren't doing so well because we forget to water them. The walls are covered in sticky notes with reminders that we probably already finished. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We just use the names we were born with. It's a bit messy, and there’s always a stack of old magazines on the table, but it works for us every day.
