Nagarro Softwares is based in Mangal Appartments at E 106, which is located at 16 Vasundhara Enclave in New Delhi 110096. Being in an apartment building makes the workspace feel a bit different than a traditional office block. It’s a bit more relaxed and feels more like a home than a corporate environment. Vasundhara Enclave is a mostly residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the center of Delhi. We like that we don't have to deal with the massive noise of the main city streets all day. Inside E 106, we have set up our workstations where we handle all the software development tasks. It’s a simple arrangement with a few desks, some chairs, and our servers. We spend our days working through various technical problems and writing new code. Since we are in an apartment complex, we see the same neighbors every day and it feels like a small community. We don't have a lobby or a fancy entrance. You just come to the apartment and that’s where we are. It’s a very practical way to run a small software group without all the overhead of a big office. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans or fancy titles. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a quiet, steady way to make a living in a busy city like Delhi.
