Mohd Sha Food

Mohd Sha Food is over in Trilokpuri at 26/107, right in the heart of the neighborhood where things are always moving. We don't have a big fancy dining room or anything like that. It’s mostly about the kitchen and getting the food out to the people who live and work around here. The stoves are going from early in the morning, and the smell of the cooking usually drifts down the street. We’ve got a small team of guys who know exactly what they’re doing, though it can get a bit chaotic when the lunch rush starts. The walls are a bit stained from all the steam, and the floor has seen better days, but that’s just what happens when you’re busy every day. We don't use any complicated recipes or try to make things look like they belong in a magazine. It’s just food that people know and expect from us. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the noise of the fans and the traffic outside. We know most of our customers by name, or at least we know what they usually order. Dealing with the heat in the summer is the toughest part of being here, but we just drink a lot of water and keep moving. We aren't a corporate chain. We’re just a local spot where you can get a meal that fills you up without any fuss or extra nonsense.
