Our place is in the Gupta Complex, G-79/103, right in the main market area of Laxmi Nagar. If you know the market, you know it’s always packed with people and vendors. We deal with network systems. That means a lot of routers, switches, and long rolls of yellow and blue cables. The office is usually cluttered with hardware that we are testing or getting ready to install somewhere. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Laxmi Nagar is a great spot because everything you need is right outside the door, but the noise can be a bit much sometimes. We are a small team. A few of us go out to client sites to set things up, and one or two stay back to handle the walk-ins and phone calls. We’ve been in the Gupta Complex for a while. The building is a bit older, and we’ve had to fix our own wiring a few times. We don't have any fancy receptionists. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We mostly focus on making sure people’s internet and office networks actually work like they should. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We just enjoy the technical side of things and being part of the local market community. It’s hard work but we find it interesting to solve those weird connection problems.
