Mindmill Software Ltd

We are located at 77, Ekta Apartment, near Geeta Colony in Delhi. It’s an apartment, so it doesn't look like your typical software company from the outside. You have to come up the stairs and find our door among the other residents. Inside, Mindmill Software Ltd is a mix of computers and regular household stuff. We have wires running across the floor and screens everywhere. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. The neighborhood is pretty lively. You can hear kids playing outside and the vegetable sellers calling out in the street. It’s a very Delhi experience. We don’t have a fancy canteen; we usually just order from the small shops nearby or bring tiffin from home. The kitchen in the apartment is where we make the coffee that keeps us going. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the security guards know us all by name. It’s not a high-tech park with glass elevators. It’s a place where we sit down and write code in a space that feels more like a home than an office. We like the vibe because it’s relaxed. People can wear their slippers and just focus on the screen. It might be a bit messy sometimes, with old boxes and extra keyboards lying around, but it’s where all our work happens. We just focus on the projects and getting them finished on time.
