You can find us at 12 Kanti Nagar, within the DSIDC Industrial Complex. It’s a busy area where a lot of small manufacturing and tool businesses operate. Millman Tools India has been here for a good stretch of time. Our space is filled with heavy machinery and the smell of oil and cut metal. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We’re usually in our work clothes, moving parts around or checking the lathes. The industrial complex is always noisy with the sound of hammers and engines, and we fit right in. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and displays. If you come by, you'll see the tools sitting on heavy wooden benches or stacked in metal bins. We focus on making things that last, even if the workshop itself looks a bit worn out. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it holds up. My brother and a couple of guys from the neighborhood handle most of the daily work. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. People just know us from being in the complex for so long. We take the orders as they come and try to get them finished by the time we promised. It’s just hard work and greasy hands most days of the week.
