We are based on the first floor of building 375 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. It is a big industrial hub, so there are always trucks moving and noise from the other units nearby. We deal with finishing tools and abrasives. Basically, if something needs to be sanded or smoothed down, we have the stuff for it. The office is pretty functional. We have a desk for the paperwork and some shelves for the stock. We spend a lot of time talking to workshops and factories about how to get a better finish on their products. It is technical work but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone. We are not a massive operation with hundreds of people in this specific office. It is just a handful of us making sure orders get processed and shipped out on time. The lunchroom is just a small table in the corner where we share whatever we brought from home. We have been in Patparganj for a while and we know the area well. It is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We do not go in for big speeches or polished brochures. We just show people how the sanders work and let the results speak for themselves. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for us and our customers. We stay busy and we like it that way.
