Axess Ultrasonics Pvt. Ltd. is based at 33, Fie, in the Patpar Ganj Industrial Area. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of other businesses around us. We focus on ultrasonic technology, which sounds complicated but to us, it’s just the daily routine. We’ve been in this unit for several years and have seen a lot of neighbors come and go. Our workspace is a mix of electronic components and testing equipment. It isn't the kind of place where you’ll find people in ties. We’re usually in our work shirts, leaning over a bench or looking at a screen. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We mostly get our work through people recommending us to others in the industry. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of orders going out, but we make it work. The street outside can get pretty congested with traffic, especially in the afternoons, but that’s the reality of being in Patpar Ganj. We enjoy the challenge of fixing technical issues and seeing our equipment actually work in the field. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a reliable product to the people who need it. We take pride in just being consistent. If someone has a problem with a unit, they can just bring it back and we’ll take a look at it. No fuss, just practical solutions every day.
