Holdwel

Holdwel is at Shop No. 8 in K.R. Chambers, over in 2, East Guru Angad Nagar. The shop is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have. There are shelves lining every wall, and they are mostly full of things we have collected over the years. The floor is made of concrete and it has a few cracks running through it. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the phone and the ledger. East Guru Angad Nagar is a busy neighborhood with lots of shops and people moving around. You can hear the motorcycles and the honking from the main road all day. We have a small shutter that we pull down at night. It is a bit rusty and makes a loud noise when it closes. Inside, we have a couple of stools for when people stop by to chat. The light is a bit dim because we only have a few fluorescent bulbs. We spend our time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair when the sun is out and it is not too dusty. It is a simple life here at the shop. We know the other shopkeepers in the chambers and we usually help each other out with small things. It is just a regular day-to-day business where we try to keep things organized.
