We are located at C1-A on the first floor in Aruna Park, right in the Laxmi Nagar area near the Oriental Bank. This part of East Delhi is always incredibly busy and full of people. Mayfayer Realestate is just our small business operating from this office. We have been here long enough to know the neighborhood inside and out. The office isn't anything special; it’s just a functional space where we keep our files and meet with clients. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments or small commercial spaces in this crowded part of town. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the traffic and the narrow streets around here. We spend a good portion of our day checking property titles and making sure all the tax records are correct. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is necessary. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or polished language. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. If a place has a problem with the water or the neighbors are too loud, we usually mention it. It is better to be honest than to have someone unhappy later. We spend a lot of time walking from one building to another, especially in the heat. It’s a lot of hard work and many phone calls. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job for people in Laxmi Nagar.
