If you ever find yourself in Shakarpur, look for U-201 on the 3rd Floor. That is where we are. We are right on Main Vikas Marg, so the sound of traffic and the Delhi metro is basically the background noise for everything we do. It is not the quietest place to work, but the energy of the street keeps us moving. Magic Solutions is a name that might sound like something big, but we are just a normal team working out of a standard office space in a busy building. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, but we consider it our daily exercise. We have got a few computers, some stacks of folders in the corner, and a couple of plants that we try our best to keep alive. The view from our window is mostly just the tops of buses and other concrete buildings. It is a very central area, so there is always something happening right outside. We spend our hours fixing things and helping people figure out what they need. It is a lot of sitting at desks and talking through different problems. We do not put on any big acts here. If a printer breaks, one of us fixes it. If it is someone’s birthday, we just get some sweets from the shop downstairs. It is a simple way of doing things, and we like it that way.
