We are located right in the middle of Lakshmi Nagar Main Market. The address is a bit long, G 80/79/208-211, but it’s basically a set of rooms we’ve joined together over the years. We handle a lot of computer systems and hardware at M K S Compaq Systems Pvt Ltd. The market is always packed, especially in the evenings. Our shop is usually full of boxes and old computer parts. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners around here. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific cable or a repair. We don't have a big sales team. It's just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the power goes out in the market, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of working in this area. We don't have a website that we update much, we mostly just deal with whoever walks through the door or calls our landline. It's a busy, cramped, and noisy place to work, but it’s home for us. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. We've seen a lot of tech come and go since we first opened up here. It’s just regular work in a regular shop.
