Karma

We are based at F-176 in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi and there is always something going on outside our front door. The name on the sign just says Karma. Inside, it’s a pretty simple setup. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We don't go for anything fancy or decorative. It’s a functional space where we handle our daily business. Laxmi Nagar is known for being crowded, and we definitely feel that every day. Finding parking near the building is a nightmare, so most of us just take the metro to get here. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing what needs to be dealt with first. There isn't a strict hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes it’s answering the phone, other times it’s going out to meet someone. We've been at this location for a while now and the neighbors know who we are. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home at the end of the day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it's home to us. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t use big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. We just show up and do what needs doing.
