Laksh Human Resource

Laksh Human Resource is based over in the School Block area of Shakarpur in Delhi. We are on the second floor of the 71/A building. If you’ve ever been to Shakarpur, you know how tight the streets can be and how much is going on at once. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people moving around. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It can be a bit tiring because there are always so many people needing help with their careers. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who try to keep everything organized. The office is pretty simple. We have our files, our computers, and a few chairs for when people come in for interviews. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we manage. We’ve been in this School Block location for a while because it’s easy for people to find once they get into the neighborhood. We aren't some high-end executive search firm with glass walls. We are just a local business trying to help people find their next step. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of patience, but it’s what we do every day.
