Computek Solutions is located at No. 101 in Ram Nagar Extension, which is part of the Krishna Nagar area. It’s a local spot where people usually drop by when they’re having trouble with their gadgets. We’ve got a small shopfront and it’s usually filled with spare parts, cables, and various machines in different states of being taken apart. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a high-end showroom. We prefer it that way because it’s easier to work when you don't have to worry about scratching a glass floor. Most of our day is spent at the workbench. It’s quiet enough in the morning, but by the afternoon, things usually pick up. We’ve known a lot of the neighbors for years. They come in for help or just to ask a quick question about something that isn't working right. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing teams. The word just gets around the Krishna Nagar streets. We’ve got our tools and our coffee, and that’s about all we need to keep things moving. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of repairs waiting, but we make it work. It’s just a normal neighborhood business. We show up, do the repairs, and try to make sure everything is sorted out properly before we lock up for the night. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable place for repairs.
