Kotak Securities

We are located over in Phase 2 of Mayur Vihar, specifically in Pocket C at B 24. If you live around here in East Delhi, you know how the blocks are laid out. It’s a pretty decent area, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where Kotak Securities manages the stock market work for the people nearby. Delhi can get really hot or really cold, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the AC or the heater while we look at the trading screens. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files because there is always something to be filed or checked. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Most of our day is spent answering calls and making sure the trades are going through like they should. It gets a bit noisy when the metro passes nearby or when there is a lot of traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. People from around the colony often drop in just to check on their accounts or to bring in some documents they forgot. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that complicated talk you hear on the news. It’s just a regular local office helping out with money stuff.
