Khaitan & Co

Khaitan & Co is situated in Mayur Vihar Phase II, specifically in Pocket C. It is a residential pocket, so the office has a very grounded and local feel to it. We don't have the huge skyscraper vibe you might expect from a big name. Instead, we work out of 238-A, which is a regular building where we handle all sorts of legal and advisory paperwork. The rooms are filled with folders and thick books that we have to consult all the time. Our day usually involves a lot of reading and typing up documents. It is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of the metro passing by in the distance. We like the neighborhood because it is calm and we can actually focus on the details of the files we are working on. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we usually go in the evening to clear our heads. We aren't big on flashy meetings or corporate jargon. We just sit at our desks, go through the laws and regulations, and make sure everything is filed correctly. The furniture is a bit old, and the space is quite full of archives, but it works for what we do. We have been here in Mayur Vihar for a long time and have become a small part of the local landscape.
