Kelvin Recruiters Pvt.Ltd. is based in Geeta Colony. We are in Flat 29 of the Geeta Apartments, specifically in 17 Block. It’s a local neighborhood, so it’s got a very different feel than the big business districts. Delhi 110031 is our home. The office is really just an apartment that we converted. It’s got a kitchen and a bathroom just like a house, which is actually kind of nice. We do recruitment here, so there are always people coming by with their folders and CVs. We sit around a big table most of the time instead of having separate cubicles. It makes it easier to talk to each other. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially when there’s a festival or a wedding nearby. We’ve been here for a good while and the people in the other apartments know us. We aren't some massive agency with a big marketing budget. We just use our phones and our connections to find people jobs. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just knock on the door and walk in. It’s simple and honest work. We try to help out who we can and keep the business running smoothly. That's just how we operate around here.
