Our place is at House No-60 in Guru Angad Nagar Extension. If you know where the movie hall is in Laxmi Nagar, we are just a short walk from there. It's a bit of a crowded area, so parking can be a headache sometimes. We've been doing this tech service thing for a few years now. It started in a spare room and eventually, we just took over the whole floor. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and people going to the cinema. We handle mostly software issues and some hardware repairs. Most of the time it's just me and Kartik working the bench. We have a lot of regular customers who live in the colony. They drop off their stuff on the way to work and pick it up later. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings while we're working, it might take a minute to answer. Sorry about that. The shop is filled with parts and old monitors we use for testing. We try to keep things organized but when it’s busy, things pile up. It's a decent living and we like being in Laxmi Nagar. There is always something going on. We don't do anything flashy, just honest work. If a machine can't be fixed, we tell you straight. No point in wasting money on something that's gone.
