It’s a very busy area with people constantly rushing to and from the metro, so there’s always noise outside our door. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the trains and the traffic on Vikas Marg. Inside, we just focus on helping people with their property needs. Lakshmi Nagar is a crowded place with lots of narrow lanes and tall buildings, so finding the right spot takes some local knowledge. We’ve spent years walking these streets, so we know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues. We act as consultants, which basically means we listen to what someone wants and then try to find a match. It involves a lot of patience. Sometimes it takes weeks to find the right office space or apartment for someone. We don't mind the wait. We just keep filing the paperwork and making the calls. It’s a humble operation we have here on the ground floor. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most people just walk in because they saw our name while heading to the station.
