If you find yourself in Laxmi Nagar, you will probably notice how packed the streets can get. Our office, K D Luthra Co, is located at E 10 C in the middle of all that. It is a busy spot, and there is always something happening right outside the door. The building itself is older, and our space is pretty compact. We have had to get creative with how we stack our boxes and where we put the desks so everyone has a bit of room to breathe. It is not the kind of place you would find in a high-rise downtown. It is much more grounded than that. We deal with a lot of papers every day. They seem to pile up on every available surface, but we generally know where everything is. The noise from the street is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. You stop noticing the horns and the shouting. We keep a fan going in the corner to move the air around, and the lights are a bit dim, but they work fine for what we need. People drop in throughout the day, sometimes just to ask for directions or to drop off a letter. It is a very social part of the city. We are not trying to impress anyone with the furniture. It is just a place to sit, think, and get through the mountain of work that lands on our laps every week.
