Josh Properties is located at Shop No 13 in Hargovind Enclave. We are right on the Main Vikas Marg in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of traffic passing by. If you know where Shanti Mukund Hospital is, we are directly opposite that. It’s a good landmark because everyone in this part of the city knows the hospital. The shop is small but it works for what we need. We handle property stuff all day and the phone rings quite a bit. Being in Lakshmi Nagar means we see a lot of different people coming through. Sometimes the noise from Vikas Marg is a bit much, especially in the afternoons when the horns start going, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular shop where we sit and talk to folks about what they're looking for. Most of our day is spent either here at the desk or out looking at places around the enclave. It’s a simple setup. If you’re driving down Vikas Marg, just look for Hargovind Enclave and you’ll see our sign at number 13. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where we are. It’s a practical place to run Josh Properties from since everything we need is right in the neighborhood. We just keep things simple and do the work that needs doing.
