My name is here at Paschimpuri, right near the Yamuna Sports Complex. I have been working out of Flat 341 for a good bit of time now, helping people find a place to live or sell what they have. It is a small setup, nothing fancy. Most days I am just out looking at properties or meeting people who are nervous about moving. Buying a house is a big deal and it can get stressful, so I try to keep things straightforward. I know the local streets and the buildings around here pretty well since I am always walking around the neighborhood. It is not a big corporate office with hundreds of agents, it is just me and a bit of help. I keep my files organized, or at least I try to, though the desk gets messy sometimes. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what is available in the pocket. Dealing with paperwork is the boring part, but it is necessary to get things signed and settled. I have seen the area change over the years. Some days are slow and others I do not have time for lunch. That is just how the property business goes. I am usually around if someone needs to talk about a flat or a plot of land. It is honest work and I enjoy being part of the community here.
