It is convenient because the metro is not too far away, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We do not really do much to make the place look modern. It is more about having a functional spot to sit and get through the daily tasks. You will usually hear the sounds of the market drifting in through the windows. It keeps things from being too quiet.
