So, we operate out of the Ram Krishna Apartment complex in Patparganj. It’s a residential area, which makes for a pretty quiet work environment most days, though you can hear the kids playing outside sometimes in the evenings. We’re in block M-51, just a regular flat turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea, and the balcony gets some decent sunlight in the mornings. It’s not a big team here at Itisri Forum, just a few of us sitting around desks with our laptops. We’ve been in this East Delhi neighborhood for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the local shops nearby where we grab lunch. Getting here isn't too bad if you know the shortcuts through the housing societies. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation; we just do our work and go home. People in the building know us, and it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We like being tucked away like this instead of being in some glass tower. It’s simple, it’s practical, and it gets the job done for what we need. It’s just a normal office in a normal apartment building, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on our day-to-day activities and try to stay on top of things as well as we can without any fancy systems or corporate rules. It works for us.
