Iris Infotech Private Limited is based over in Mayur Vihar Phase III at 54 B, Pocket A3. We have been in this part of Delhi for a good number of years now. The office is usually quite still, mostly just the sound of people tapping on keyboards or the hum from the servers tucked in the corner. We do a lot of tech work, but it is mostly the kind of stuff that happens behind the scenes. Our desks are often covered in tangled cables and different computer parts that we are currently testing. It is a small space, so if we do not stay organized, it quickly turns into a bit of a mess. The neighborhood around us is very lively, and we usually head out to the local stalls when we need a break or some tea. We are not trying to be some giant corporation; we just focus on our daily tasks and help out the clients who get in touch with us. Most of our hours are spent answering emails or trying to figure out why a particular piece of software is acting up. It is a lot of problem-solving every single day. We are a small group and have worked together for a long time, so it feels more like a small family than a formal office. We just stick to our work and try to get everything finished before heading home.
