Our office is on the first floor of the Pandav Nagar Complex, specifically at D 23. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and Pandav Nagar has its own kind of energy. Being on the first floor is handy because you don’t have to wait for an elevator, you just walk right up. We’ve been here for a bit now, running the software side of things for Ione Software Solution Pvt Ltd. The office space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit all our computers and a small table for lunch. It gets pretty noisy outside with the street sounds and people moving around the complex, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of coding and troubleshooting from this room. There are wires all over the place, which is probably typical for a software office, I guess. We try to keep it tidy but when we’re busy, things just pile up. Delhi summers are tough, so the AC is usually running full blast from morning until we leave. We often order tea from the stall downstairs because it’s easier than making it ourselves. It’s a very local feel here, everyone knows each other in the building. We aren't doing anything flashy, just sitting at our screens and making sure the software behaves like it should. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but that’s the nature of the work we do in this little corner of Delhi. We just keep going.
