Our office is tucked away in Geeta Colony, over here in Delhi. If you know the 110031 area, you know it can get pretty crowded and lively. We are at number 11/123. It is not the kind of place with a glass front and a dozen receptionists. It is just a practical space where we do our daily tasks. We have been in this part of East Delhi for some time. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with vendors nearby and people always moving about. Sometimes finding a parking spot is a bit of a nightmare, but we make it work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and us trying to stay focused. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. The walls might need a fresh coat of paint soon, but the work gets done regardless. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in India; we just want to do right by the people who rely on us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we don't have those long commutes across the city. It’s a bit noisy from the street sometimes, but you get used to the sound of the city after a week or two. We just show up, do our hours, and head home. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. No one wears suits unless they really have to. We prefer it that way. Most of the time we're just talking about the heat or the latest local news while we handle our paperwork.
